Hottie Cosmetics is personal to me.

There have been seasons in my life when I felt deeply connected to God, where my faith felt alive, my heart was full, and my desire to pursue Him was strong. And there have also been seasons when that fire felt dim.

Seasons when I was going through the motions. When consistency was hard. When I knew I wanted more of God, but didn’t always know how to find my way back.

But through those seasons, I’ve learned something: A dim flame isn’t a dead flame.

My fire has come in waves, but it has never completely gone out and that realization changed the way I see Hottie Cosmetics.

Hottie Cosmetics is more than makeup to me. It is a dedication of my creativity, my business, and the gifts God has given me back to Him. He is the source of the flame.

The beauty, creativity, passion, and purpose within me are not things I created on my own. They are gifts, and Hottie Cosmetics is one of the ways I choose to steward and express them.

I created this brand from a place of becoming. From learning that I don’t have to have everything figured out to keep moving. From learning that faith isn’t about never having a dim season; it’s about continuing to tend to the flame.
